I love this typeface! The name 新ヶ江 is read Shingae or rarely Shinkae.
新 means new, and it’s read atara.shii, ara.ta, nii, or shin
ヶ is a tiny version of the katakana character ke, but in kanji compounds, it can also be read ka or ga. In this usage, the following four katakana are basically interchangeable: ケ・ヶ・カ・ヵ. It’s a whole thing.
江 means creek, inlet, or bay, and it can be read e or kō.
